Kate Rudigier

Kate works in the world as an acupuncture provider in a multidisciplinary clinic. She helps people navigate pain, illness, and other challenges. She came to KCC in 2020, where she feels supported by the community and the teachings to continue to learn and grow. Kate participates in the Mahamudra program and serves the sangha as a member of the Volunteer Support Team and in many other ways. She enjoys the trails and waterfalls near her home as well as tending a small flower garden and way too many houseplants. Writing is a way of discovery in her life.
