Sarah Harding

Having met Kalu Rinpoche in the early 1970s, Sarah learned Tibetan, was part of Kalu Rinpoche’s first Shangpa Kagyu three-year retreat in France, and later served on the faculty of Naropa University where she taught for 25 years. She is currently translating the Shangpa Kagyu corpus from Jamgon Kongtrul Lodrö Thaye’s Treasury of Precious Instructions. Part practitioner and part scholar, Sarah brings any material she presents to life with her erudite, engaging, and entertaining style.
